Facebook Desktop was designed for the Windows operating systems, but it appears that it has been discontinued now without any possibility to download and install it.
I've searched the web with hope to find another version or a link to obtain it, but there aren't any. You will have to use Facebook from the browser or install Bluestacks or Memu and run Facebook in Android mode.
Note: A powerful PC is needed for Android emulation.
