Yes, GaussView 5.0 works with Windows, but the downloads are not possible anymore. The old link that lead to the download page is not working and a 404 error is displayed instead.
However, the latest version is 6 and according to the developers it supports the following operating systems: http://gaussian.com/gv6supportedcomps/
I believe that you have to actually buy the software in order to download the program.
