By default, no, it won't work on a MacBook Pro because there is no DMG file to download, therefore no compatibility, but there is actually a way. Firstly download the installer for Windows version and then access the Mac page for WineBottler. WineBottler makes it easy to run Windows app while OSX is running as well.
Install WineBottler, then follow its instructions to add the MicroTest Pro into its interface to run it. It should be pretty intuitive from this step forward.
