This is probably an error or something related to file corruption that can be easily fixed by reinstalling the application. Based on my information, this application is only found on CDs that arrived with your device, which means that it's the only place you can install the TotalMedia from.
In most of the cases, you can simply go to the Uninstall a Program in Control Panel and start the uninstall process, only that you have to choose Repair and the software will be refreshed.
