The Digital Wave Player doesn't work properly with my VN-711PC device.

When I plug in my Olympus VN-711PC device to my computer nothing happens. The Digital Wave Player is not opening. When I open it myself, almost all buttons are grayed out, including the import files button. How can I solve this? The device is detected by my Windows 7 computer.

If the device is detected by your computer, I suggest you update the Digital Wave Player software to the latest version. Save the file to your computer, extract the installation package using WinRAR or WinZip and install the update. If it doesn't help, navigate to Computer > VN-711PC drive and transfer the recorded files manually.
