I bought my Tech-Com TV stick last month and due to incorrect setting it stopped working and normally indicates that the application is being used by another person. Can you help restore it to default settings?

This looks like someone stole your serial number. You need to open a case on the support website and state the problem. If you provide the necessary details, the old key will be blacklisted and the company will issue another code for you to use with the application.

To restore the application to its factory default settings, simply perform a fresh installation.
