Recorded audio file 0 byte.

Question

I used this recorder on July 1 for interviews. It worked fine. Then I used this same version to do interview on October 5. Everything was the same but the interview audio file is 0 byte. The recording history showed that there was 1 hour 5 minutes recording but the recorded file has no length at all. Jesus! I am totally freaking out now. What happened and what can I do to recover this valuable interview?

The developers of the application don't offer any kind of support for their software. As described on their official website, for technical support you need to contact them through the available email address: [email protected].

Secondly, the error you've encountered might be caused by Windows or by the program's own code. For both situations, there is a pretty big chance your file is actually gone, but go to Start > Run and type %temp%. Look through each of the file to identify the file or more simpler, open a multimedia application and add all the files from there to identify the correct one.
