Do we need an upgrade to work with Windows 10? It is giving a compatibility error message.

On the official website, the software is known to work on the following versions of Windows: XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 (32/64-bit).

The latest version is 6.0.18 and it was released on 18 March 2016. If you have an older version installed, then you will have to download the latest one: http://www.ifree-recorder.com/iFreeRecorder.exe
