Since I upgraded to Windows 10 Anniversary update my Dacuda mouse scanner - works as mouse and it starts scanning screen but does not scan. The device works perfectly with previous Windows versions because I checked it on other computers. I have already reported this issue to Dacuda and I have given feedback to Microsoft about same issue. Usually when I try to change setting with the OK I get error 4000 - application needs more installation. I have installed and re-installed application about three times. It is Windows 10 Version 1607 which is stopping my scanner mouse from functioning well. I have checked it on Windows Devices and it is configured - Device working properly, but it is not.

In some cases, even if you install the application normally and appears as a functional device in Device Manager, the software will simply refuse to load because of compatibility. This happened a number of times for other apps with drivers as well, when everything installed properly, but in the end the app refused to work.

I strongly recommend you re-check the application and its installation status, then disable Driver Enforcement using: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
