Scanner will not work after Windows 10 upgrade. What should I do?
If the device is not working after Windows 10 upgrade, then I recommend you to manually remove the driver and the software related to HP. You can do this via the classical way from Uninstall a Program in Control Panel.
After this procedure, download the installation package from the official website and launch it using Run as Administrator.

Note: Before installing the new package, make sure to disconnect the device from your PC and attach the cable when prompted and that's it, Windows will continue the installation normally as it should.
I have fi-6130 not 6830
the scanner works with windows but not through scandall pro. when I try to use scandall pro it saysno scanner found. please help
