I've installed it and it works just fine, only that you need to install the correct drivers. As I can see, the driver is WHQL which means it's Microsoft verified. Access the website listed below to download it and install it with the card attached. If Windows refuses to install it, disable Driver Enforcement: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart. Once you boot back, install the drivers again and accept the warning.
Reboot one more time and then the software will start normally.
