Yes, I'm pretty sure that it supports Microsoft's latest operating system. According to the application's official data sheet, Vidyo Desktop version 3 works on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
As far as I can see, there's also a newer version of the application (3.6), so you might want to upgrade to it to get the latest features and, most importantly, the newest security upgrades, which are quite important for a business-focused video-conference tool.
