I have a system that 2 users are logging into. We have Fas-Tracker installed on a shared drive. One user works when logging in but the other user is getting the message Error: "(file not found(2)) creating GREGLANG. Press OK to end this application". What can we do to fix this?

According to a FAQ page, it appears that the error is caused by the shortcut used by the other user to access the application. Theoretically, you should right click the EXE file and choose Send > Desktop, then the application can be launched normally without errors. However, things change when Sharing comes into discussion. It might be possible that when you launch the app through a shared drive, the paths will mess up, therefore displaying that error message.

Install a remote desktop application like Teamviewer or use the built-in Remote Tool from Windows and connect to the target machine instead of running it through network.
