How to convert the Twitter account to one account?

I am interested in buying the Mass Twitter Account Creator but I have some questions:

Once the Twitter accounts are created, is there a way to put all those accounts onto 1 account? For example, if you created 100 accounts can you then put all of them onto 1 Twitter account, giving the impression that account has a large following? Will I be able to create a vast amount at once or does it take a few minutes to create one? Is there a limit to how many I can create in one day?

The software appears to support an unlimited number of accounts when the account creation takes place due to the fact the it has support for data importing from Excel. The software is safe if you use a lot of proxies, because you can't create an unlimited number of accounts from the same IP address; the system will block you. The parsing (sign up process) is done based on the speed of proxy and your Internet connection. It takes a while to create one account.

You can give it a try using the download from the main website, but I encountered errors on Windows 10 even if I added the data into the software.
