You can increase the font size on your mobile phone (iOS and Android only) using Settings > Advanced. That's the proper way to do it. When you see big letters and tweets on other user's profile, then it means that tweet has high popularity. There is no setting to increase the setting for those tweets as they are automatically edited and highlighted.
