Can't root my Android phone have tried (KingoApp app closest I've gotten is 90%).

I've been on it for days learning how to root my phone and your app is the closest I have gotten to rooting but for some reason still cannot succeed. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have an error code 0x10A8F7 with an HTC Android model OPM92. Don't know what more I can do trying to learn how to do the troubleshooting and errorlog and attachment now as we speak not having much luck. I am getting the same error code every time as 0x10A8f7 and no luck learning the log and send it to you for info.

Sometimes certain Android devices don't have a proper rooting solution, therefore known apps released to root phones and devices don't work properly or not at all (as you can see in your case). Based on your provided code, the phone is actually a HTC Desire 626.
