In order to install the Blue Jean Add-in, you need to make sure that the minimum requirements are met. According to the developer's information, you need Microsoft Outlook for Windows (2010, 2013). The Add-in is not compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2007 or lower.
If this requirement is met, then download the add-in and install it normally like any application. The Outlook program needs to be turned off while the installation is in progress.
