Gateway Encryption add-in not available in Outlook 2010

Gateway encryption add-in was available in Outlook 2007. This add-in is created by EchoWorx Corporation. When Outlook 2010 was installed, the add-in is not available. The gateway encryption key was pushed out in group policy. It is showing up in Programs and features, but not populated in 2010. Any suggestions?

The EchoWorx Gateway encryption add-in that you used with Outlook 2007 might simply not be compatible with Outlook 2010. The best solution is to contact EchoWorx and ask them for a clarification: http://www.echoworx.com/about/contact/
