HireDesk doesn't have any support for add-ins, no matter the versions released. However, the application features a function that allows you to save emails directly to Outlook. The feature is called Outlook Email Save Plug-in. You can find information about it on the official website. This is the only thing available for HireDesk and plug-ins.
