There could be many reasons for this issue. For example, channel interference, wrong password, distance from router, filters, no Internet connection, unsupported security, etc.
I recommend accessing the WiFi's administration interface on your router and tweak the settings. Change them and then connect again. Additionally, your router might not support the devices in your home.
