Why won't my Samsung Victory accept the WiFi / Hotspot? It keeps saying Hotspot not supported.

The Android devices can't connect to a WiFi / Hotspot that is made using Windows default services for example. That might be the problem in your case. In order to fix this you need to install and use a software like Connectify Hotspot. If this isn't your case, please provide additional information about your problem.

The Android devices can't connect to WiFi/Hotspot that is made using Windows default services, for example. To fix this, you need to install and use software like Connectify Hotspot in order to create a HotSpot to which you can connect with your Android device. Also, be sure to check if the WiFi connection is visible. This can be the reason why you can't access it.
