What is the cost of a QQ account?
As far as I know, there is no cost to create a QQ account. You fill the Sign-Up form and then confirm it with your email (if you choose to sign-up with email) and that's it. However, for both methods, access the link posted below and add your data. Make sure to choose a strong password and a valid email in order to confirm the installation.
