I have a QQ ID number, my friend has a QQ ID too. When I try to contact my friend, a message "not found" appears, although my friend is online at that time. What is the solution?

Open QQ messenger and click the add button. You can enter QQ number, nickname, or address. It's best to use the Find option based on various filters which allows you to search for your friends. The classical way to add a friend is enter his QQ ID into the field after you press the ADD button.
