ArcSoft TotalMedia Studio is a discontinued application. It appears to be available for puchasing, but it won't receive any other updates. I have checked the official website and the only thing posted as being the system requirements is the supported Windows versions: Windows 7 32/64, Vista 32/64, XP 32.
Based on my knowledge, as long as you have a dedicated graphics card, you should be OK. For example, the Nvidia GT 630 or anything similar should be enough to run the application.
