No, there is no version of Sokofan because the official website of the developers doesn't exist anymore. I have tried to find the version you mentioned but it's impossible to download one.

I downloaded v2.5 and it appears to be a win32 app. I have a HP Pavilion 64-bit laptop and it installed and runs just fine. Is v2.5 newer than this answer? It is a 6-year old thread.
