It's not specified if the application will work on Windows 10 64bit. I have checked the official website, but there are no system requirements. However, I have downloaded the installation package, and it seems it also installs a driver.
In Windows 10, download the package using the official website, then disable Driver Enforcement. Go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Restart > Advanced Startup > Troubleshoot > Startup > Restart. Press 7 when all the options are presented and reboot the application. Install the software and the drivers and accept any warnings you might get.
