The installation is stuck in a loop.

The WeChat application is stuck at the Installing part. The download was OK, but the application never finishes the installation. I also receive an error code -24.

There are various fixes for this error, but the most common one is related to the removal of the Google Account on your device. Go to Settings > Applications > Accounts. Remove the account, reboot the device and then add another account. Install the application and it should work properly this time.
