Outlook 2013 inbox problem.

Question

My Outlook 2013 Inbox shows a number indicating that there are unread messages when there are none. How can I stop this from happening?

Try using the sorting features offered by Outlook. Click on Name, Date, Subject, etc. Or simply click on All Mail feature, then you can see the unread emails. They should appear with bold. I have also experienced this issue and that's the way I've solved it. Or, right click the Inbox folder, and choose Mark as Read.
