Cync inbox has appeared in Incredimail. How do I get rid of it?

I am using Incredimail 2.0 and recently a new Inbox has appeared with my ISP's name against it, TalkTalk. This new Inbox contains the same messages as the standard Incredimail Inbox.

Is there a way to get one inbox for multiple accounts in Thunderbird?

Mac Mail shows posts from all accounts in a joint inbox, with an option to view them separately. In Thunderbird, each account has a separate inbox.
