No, Aladdins Envelopes & Labels Pro works with the following Outlook versions: 2010, 2007, 2003, XP (2002), and 2000. Version 2013 is not yet supported. This means that there is a possibility it would work but you will not have full compatibility. It's recommended to contact the developer or wait for a release.
