To initiate a connection using the dongle, first of all, you have to install the device. If the setup doesn't start when you insert the dongle, then go to My Computer, right click the dongle, and select explore. Run the setup package as Administrator and follow the procedure instructions. If the dongle is equipped with an enabled SIM card, then start the associated software, and initiate the Connection.
