Is there a way to see if a user has sent a Snap to me specifically or to all his friends?

A guy sent me a picture on Snapchat and I would like to know if he has sent this picture just to me, especially for me, or if he has sent this picture to everyone and not specifically me. Because I don't know if I am supposed to answer him or not. What should I do?

No, there is no possibility to see who the image was sent to. This is private and Snapchat client/developers don't allow it. Every user has the possibility to send files to users without others knowing. That's the whole idea of the application. I wouldn't recommend contacting them about this issue, because they won't give you any answers about it.
