Information about Pro Q Designer.

I am currently using Windows XP since I purchased PQD ten (seven?) years ago to use with PC Quilter Pro. I love using PQD. However, I am considering purchasing a different quilting system. What newer Windows systems will PQD run on?

According to the official website of the product, Pro-Q Designer requires the following items in order to run properly:

• IBM PC Compatible system running Windows 7 (64 bit version) or Windows 8
• 2.6GHz Dual Layer Pentium with at least 8Gig of RAM
• 100Mb free disk space plus space for patterns and files you create!
• True color (24 bit) video or better.
• Display running at 1280x1024 or larger (widescreen is great!).
• High Speed Internet connection for downloading videos in extended help.
• USB port.
