No, the installer will not work with Windows 10, primarily because at the time of release the supported versions of Windows were: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4. If you manage to get a hold of the installer, Windows 10 will show a pop-up on the middle of the screen saying that Windows can't run this application because it was created for a different version of Windows.
The software might run on Windows XP, but for that to happen, you have to install Windows XP in virtual mode while using VirtualBox (free) or VMWare (shareware).
