It's unknown if Agile e6.1.2.0 is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system, primarily because the Oracle Corporation didn't release anything regarding this aspect. There is only a Release Notes PDF file that doesn't specify it as well. You can download and open it in your favorite PDF reader.
The developer is mentioned to be Oracle, but I highly doubt this is even available. You will have to reach Oracle Support to find out more about it.
