Data usage and applications moving.

My ZTE is using a lot of data even if I switched data off. My other problem is that I can't move apps to the SDcard. How can I do that?

This is not possible. Once you turn off the data and WiFi, the phone will acknowledge the input and it will keep the Internet connection off. The problem with the apps is that not all of them have support for SDcard installation. You can use an application called App2SD. The app will display all the installed software that can be moved to the SDcard.
