You will need to contact your carrier's support team to acquire the data settings. Once the settings have been acquire, go to Settings > Wireles and networks > Mobile Networks > Access point. Use the guide from the carrier to enter their details and then turn on the Data connection. If everything was set up correctly, the phone should connect to the Internet.
