If there is no video data in Windows 7, it means the driver is not compatible with this operating system. Access Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and locate the problematic device. Right click it and select manual installation by pointing the installation wizard to the folder where the drivers are located. You can either select the INF file or you can let Windows scan the folders for the correct INF. If there are no results, it means that the video drivers are not compatible with Windows 7. Unfortunately, there is no way to download these drivers since they're not available.
