No sound in Arcsoft Total Media.

I am using the "Arcsoft Total Media" to receive radio and TV digital broadcast. The picture of the TV is excellent, but unfortunately there is no sound at all. What might be the problem and what can I do to solve the problem?

There is an extremely easy way to fix this. Simply buy a 3.5 jack to jack cable and plug it in the AUX hole on your Arcsoft device and then the other side in the AUX (Blue hole) on the back of your card. Make sure to unmute Line IN in your computer and the sound should be available to you. Additionally, access the Settings for the application and check the sound input/output modes.
