Can't access the camera function when scanning ZEDGE bar code.

Question

Just purchased 2 new iPhone 6. Downloaded ZEDGE on both phones. On one phone it worked perfectly. On the other when it came to "Scan QR Code", one phone went right to the camera app, the other goes to a black screen with the words QR scanner at the top and at the bottom it says "Scan to link your iPhone to Tonesync". It will not let me access the camera app. I have spoken at length with my service provider, Consumer Cellular, where I purchased the phones, to no availability. They referred me to the Genius Bar at Apple and they could not help me either.

There are a few fixes that you could try:

1. Completely remove Zedge and the ToneSync application from your phone.

2. Install a new QR Code scanner software. If I am right, the software will ask you to choose from the available camera apps, then you can choose the new one or none and use it accordingly.

3. Do that the message says, because it might be locked due to various causes.
