Problems scanning Alpha-Barcodes.

I'm using DataWedge 3.x on a MC90xx and a MC70xx. The receiving app is accessed through a RDP session. When I scan a barcode that is all numeric, the scan works perfectly. If I scan an Alpha-Barcode like SC-EDV it will be C-EDVS. Scanning into Mobile Office Word on the scanner works properly. Also if I use the Version 2.xx of DataWedge the problem doesn't occur. I'm sure there is a configuration setting I am missing but don't know where to start. Can you help?

In order to see what is not configured correctly, I recommend you check the user guide of the software. You can find the document on the official web page of the developers or in the installation directory of the utility.
