The installation of the add-in is actually pretty simple. Obtain the package through the application's page at Software Informer and install it, but make sure Outlook is turned off and closed from the System Tray. Install the package then start Outlook and right click the toolbars area. Select eSecretary and the toolbar will appear with all its functionality.
