Help with best friends on Snapchat.

I've been asking around for a while and looked for the Snapchat email and couldn't find it. If you receive a bunch of snaps from one person and don't reply at all, do they still end up on your best friends list? Please remember that you don't reply to that person but they send you snaps.

No, you will not become best friend unless you actually respond to that person. It doesn't make him instantly your "Best Friend" on Snapchat because it's required to chat for awhile then you will see him on that list. If don't respond, he will not be added to the list.
