I use Joyoshare [video cutter][1] and rotator. Just drag the video clip to be rotated to ... Then, you can rotate and flip your video as required.

You need to select the video and to go to Editor > Video Effects > Transforms > Rotate. After that, you can adjust the rotation angle in the properties window.
