To rotate a video clip, add it to the timeline, then double click the video to open the Effects Editor or right-click on the click and select Effects Editor. Next, select Effects > 2D-3D > 2D Editor CPU. Remote the Preset to No Preset and click the Rotation. You can then change the video orientation based on Angle and that's it. Now the video is rotated based on your angle.
