How do you rotate a video section? I have selected the video and separated the part that needs to be rotated but I cannot find how to complete the process.
You need to select the video and to go to Editor > Video Effects > Transforms > Rotate. After that, you can adjust the rotation angle in the properties window.
I use Joyoshare video cutter and rotator. Just drag the video clip to be rotated to the program - enable the encoding mode - click "Edit" > "Adjust". Then, you can rotate and flip your video as required.
