Most people may use the iTunes, but I am going to share mine to transfer music to iPhone with TuneFab WeTrans to sync music to my iPhone.
There is a FREE solution that you can check out. I use Syncios to transfer all my iPhone music, on and off.
You can use iTunes, however, if I were you, I will try syncios iPhone data transfer, which is quite handy and simple.
