Turbo Lister cannot be opened on iMac

I have downloaded the latest Turbo Lister for selling via Ebay. I have just bought a new iMac and I can not open the software.

The software you are trying to run was created for Windows operating systems only. You could try GarageBuy which runs on Mac OS operating systems and does the same thing as the software you mentioned.
