Disable your antivirus and go to the official web page and download and install the application. After the process is completed, enable your Avira program and go to Extras > Configuration or press the F8 key. After that you need to go at General > Advanced Protection > Application filter > Allowed and to press the ... icon. Navigate to the Free Download Manager directory, select the .exe file and press Open. Click Add and then OK.
