The application can be installed as any other. It's deployed as a setup package that can be installed on your computer. It's not possible to install the Enterprise version for common users since it's available only for companies. However, I have downloaded the application from the official website and installed it. Its usage its pretty simple: you have the trucks on the left, but to be able to add or edit them, you still need the device that connects through the COM port. You won't be able to use the program in its full mode without the device. Additionally, there are manuals that offer information on how to customize the software. They're all on the Downloads page provided by the developer.
